At Change the Game Foundation, we believe that every child deserves an equal shot at success – both on the field and in life. We level the playing field by breaking down financial barriers, providing world-class athletic training and access to camp invites, while also building lasting networks through mentorship and internships. Our commitment is ongoing, empowering young athletes to excel and transforming their lives beyond the game.

At Change the Game Foundation, we are committed to leveling the playing field by offering elite football training, life coaching, and educational resources to underserved youth. Our vision is to create a pathway for young athletes to pursue their dreams, both on and off the field, with confidence and purpose.

Founded by renowned coach Steve Calhoun, Change the Game Foundation started with a simple belief: every young athlete deserves a shot at success, no matter their background. Since our inception, we have mentored, coached, and connected athletes with life-changing opportunities, leading them to scholarships and professional careers.

Steve Calhoun is the founder of the Change the Game Foundation and the visionary behind Armed & Dangerous, a premier quarterback and receiver training program trusted by athletes across the country—from rising high school stars to NFL first-round picks.
But for Steve, it’s never just been about mechanics or football IQ. It’s about building leaders. Through decades of coaching, he’s helped young athletes navigate the everyday pressures they face—balancing school and sports, managing relationships, and developing the mental toughness needed to excel both on and off the field.
Steve’s journey started on the field—as a player experiencing both the thrill of Pop Warner championships and professional football in Germany. Along the way, he discovered that the right mentorship can do more than shape an athletic career—it can change the course of a life.
Over the years, Steve’s reputation has grown through word-of-mouth and deep relationships nationwide, earning him a spot among the top five quarterback coaches in the country.
Through the Change the Game Foundation, Steve is extending his impact—leveling the playing field for athletes who might not otherwise have access to quality mentorship and life-changing opportunities. It all starts with football. But it doesn’t end there.
